Niti is an award-winning coach, freelance general counsel, DEI consultant and keynote speaker and facilitator with a passion for authentic and inclusive leadership. Through her business Coaching by Niti she empowers women who are feeling stuck in their careers to get unstuck by connecting them to their inner compass. She also acts as a Coach and Gender Equality Expert for Grace Papers and a Mentor for Future Women among other roles, and is a Peer Support Companion at The Pink Elephants Support Network (an organisation supporting women experiencing pregnancy loss).
