Maria is a 19-year-old queer woman, Mexican, ecofeminist, full-time climate and human rights activist at FFF International and FFF MAPA (Most Affected People and Areas). She is also a leading member of the Feminist Action for Climate Justice Coalition of the UN Women Generation Equality Forum. She fights for a systemic and intersectional change that prioritizes the well-being of the most vulnerable communities in the face of the Climate Crisis.
